Hey I'm Sabo! I've got quite the journey. Before my 15 years in real estate, I delved into construction management, picking up insights that help me offer top-notch service to my clients. From managing projects to understanding the nitty-gritty details, I bring a lot to the table. And even earlier, my stint in accounting taught me the ropes of managing money and analyzing strategies, making me pretty sharp with numbers and excellent at spotting profitable opportunities for my clients in the real estate world.
Starting from my accounting days, I dove into the world of numbers, mastering financial management and strategy analysis. Then, I shifted gears to general contracting, where I immersed myself in the nuts and bolts of construction. From learning the ropes of architecture to overseeing projects of all sizes, I gained a hands-on understanding of how buildings come together and what gives them value.
